We do acknowledge that we cannot do it alone but need others for effectiveness. For these different community projects to be successful there is need for resources such as finances, prayer support, linkage and partnership opportunities with likeminded organisations. WHAT IT MEANS TO BE PART OF HFAA

 For local and global volunteers, HFAA will present exciting opportunities as shown below:

• Stimulating placement opportunities for local and global volunteers to share their skills with others in the heart of African communities
• Community development forums that facilitate grassroots leadership in helping to identify the local needs through various participatory approaches.
• Being part of communities that have a mind-set of being helped to help themselves leading to self-reliance.
• A platform where the local and the global meet to discuss issues that affect them leading to a way forward in terms of projects.
• An opportunity to be involved in different community driven projects. Room to share the practical love of Jesus Christ by bringing new ideas that can improve the existing projects or the starting up of the new ones.
